@Juji Please allow your support to do this service. some of us have several 100 thousands worth of VIP score that will never get used up and would like to take advantage of benefits on other accounts and transfer the extra points. Support has told me they can change VIP score but do not have the green light. Please take some time and allow them to do it. Thanks.
