Good morning community, I have been complaining for many days about an event that NCSOFT carried out on the Valentine's boxes, but I have been for 1 month and several cases mounted on the support page but they do not solve me and I close the case, where I could send a complaint formal since they seem robots always answer me the same I appreciate your responses
