I would like to get information about Improved Scroll: Enchant Armor (B-grade) its safe enchant or not ? if I have b grade + 4 armor and if I use one scroll Improved Scroll: Enchant Armor (B-grade) its safe and random will get from 1 to + 3 100% success or have chance to be crystalized and obtains b garde crystals ?
