Improvements to the Elven Elder class?

Elven Elders does not consistently perform as a healer, buffer or recharger. Shilien Oracule has more mana recharge, and a Greater groupe heal skill. In addition to more offensive buffs and dbuff (stigma of shilen and Curse filed). Bishop is the most complete healing class in the game, without comment. Elven Elders have lower performance compared to other healers. Not being attractive to a Main Class. Currently I can not find positive points in the class due to poor overall performance. 

Are there any improvement plans for the class? Implementing new skills like Greater Group Heal, Mass Regarge or something that improves your performance? Why doesn't the class balancing team give EE / ES good possibilities?
