Sayha's Seer skill with wrong information

I noticed an error in the description of the skill "Wind Blend" (Lv4) that should increase P/M def by 100% but this is with incorrect status and apparently it is not a little difference.

example: (skill off) Pdef 10000 M def 12950,
                (skill on), P def 13537 and M def 20068

Another skill called "Eye of the Storm" increases P/M def by 30% (lv 4), and is also applying an incorrect status.

example: (skill off) Pdef 10000 M def 12950,
                (skill on), P def 11097 and M def 15086

When the two skills are linked together,

example: (skill off) Pdef 10000 M def 12950,
                (skill on), P def 15648 and M def 24339

Could you please analyze the case, this class depends a lot on P def for attacking closely.
