The trick is to not stay at one place and have an ISS that assists on macro by spamming Symphony of Chaos for extra debuff. I had to go on other window sometimes to use polymorph otherwise ISS dies If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask I'll be happy to answer with my personal knowledge Enjoy!
