oldcrumpyman Posted March 15, 2021 Share Posted March 15, 2021 Is rediculus to open a ticket and is allready more than 35 hours and no finish yet is more than 35 hours i submit the ticket.first responce after 12+ hoursand now is more than 12+ hours just to overwrite it so buy some coins How much time they need to check a ticket and solve it? Whats their problem if i use another credit card and they need to overwrite it so i can buy coins? and to have a ticket for almost 2 days active waiting and waiting to sent you an automatic answer and then wait again...... they have to do something and be done in 1 hour or so.
