Server D/C's

After March 24 Maintenance, I get d/c'ed very often, especially in Giran where I cannot even walk before d/c'ing. 

Before that maintenance, I would not d/c at all sitting in Giran or afk exp'ing for 12+ hours. 

And I have had a few U.S. based players have the same issues as me as well, making it a bug affecting many.
