At the very start all classes will be viable but bit by bit with P2W items and books to learn 3rd class skills, you will start to see the abyss. For now the available classes that will perform top-tier are: DKs (DK form for ultimate power but DK will require Devour and both AOEs to be worth. Otherwise it's a useless class), Titans (same as the DK. Titan champion to be godlike but you will also require new skills to be able to play it top-tier), Grand Khavatari (same as titan but you will need basically less books to be top) and Sylph (which is basically impossible to play after 76 cause all books are from drops so ggwp). SWS, BD, WC and OL are also reworked and "viable" for smaller PVPs. (I'm not sure which patch servers will start with, cause on EU there is also the dwarves and healers rework) Remember tho that in a few months (or whenever NCwest is getting the update so i guess 3 or 4 months from servers opening) MAYBE we'll have reworks on: dwarves and healers (if it wont be live already), tanks, daggers and archers. IDK how they will split the updates or if they will pack all the current patches in one shot, which might be the case and totally good thing to do.
