l2paymore2win Posted November 15, 2021 Share Posted November 15, 2021 I have an alt that is an Elven Oracle lv68 , I dont know how but she got an HP STEAL BUFF , the description is a little weird since it says Dark elf but my character is Elf, I tried leveling another Elven Oracle just to make sure that all Elven get it , but to my surprise the character that i just created didn't have one. for some reason insert image from url is not working so here the linkhttps://ibb.co/pzN3dqS Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
