Its July and Absolutely nothing has changed. So in future when they announce new content make sure you understand that they talk about new L2 Store items(new dye's, new augment stones, new talismans and etc.) If they announce game Patch that would be a playable content with new zones,new instances,new monster and etc. That's how people should see this: Content = New items Patch = New content Hope that helps.
