Red Cats Eye /Blue Cats Eye needs to be on the reseal list from Shadai! We can't even farm it! Where are the items?

Why are they not on the list? I have a Red Cat's Eye 4 i want to move to another toon, its an item you can only get from paid event boxes and yet they are purposely omitted from list.  We cannot farm this item, you cant even craft it.  No decent event of these dropping for months. How are people able to acquire it?  They should not be bound to the character at all since it is an item that is paid for with paid event boxes.  This is a basic item that is also needed badly for many but at 100-150+ billion for a red cats level 4 is unreachable for many new players.   There are no quests to even try to make this item or craft it.  There should be some quests to be able to farm these items in someway and not depend solely on spending on event boxes. 

There should be no item in the game that you cannot acquire to make basic items impossible to get.  The main problem is you have eistadhad store for other regions but omitted it in NC West and no reasonable way of getting it and hope to get in a gamble box. Thus the economy here is in the billions-trillions.

For instance In the current times it is unreasonable to charge $1.60 per crystal of dawn (this is raised price from before!) and to upgrade a dragon shirt from +0 for $60.80.  Its a virtual item that should not cost as much as a weeks worth of groceries to upgrade a basic item.  If it only cost $20 (about .52 per dawn) you will have many more micro transactions and many more people spending for upgrades. 

Im sure others will have many suggestions that would make this game  better. Lets all hear it!
