Lineage II/Butterfinger Low-Cost Cosplay Contest
Supplemental Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. 

These Supplemental Rules (“Supplemental Rules”) apply to the promotion described below (the “Promotion”). Together, these Supplemental Rules and Promotion General Rules (the “General Rules”) constitute the full ruleset for the Promotion. Collectively, the Supplemental Rules and General Rules are the “Official Rules”. All capitalized terms not defined in these Supplemental Rules have the same meanings given to them in the General Rules. 

By entering the Promotion, you accept and agree to abide by both (i) these Supplemental Rules and (ii) Promotion General Rules.

1.    Promotion Name: Lineage II/Butterfinger Low-Cost Cosplay Contest

2.    Additional Eligibility Requirements: In addition to any eligibility requirements set forth in the General Rules, you must also meet the following requirements as of the date of entry to be eligible to participate in the Promotion:

a.    The Promotion is open to legal residents in the United States, Canada (excluding Québec) (collectively, the “Eligible Territories”)

3.    Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only during the period beginning on 20 October 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (Washington) and ending on 10 November 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (Washington) (the “Entry Period”).

4.    Entry Method: During the Entry Period, to enter the Promotion you must pick or capture yourself a Lineage II, Lineage II Classic or Lineage II Aden image or scene and re-create it using low-cost cosplay methods (the “Entry”). Participants may refer to https://www.lineage2.com/en-us for submission ideas. Entries must be received at the submission email (l2community@ncsoft.com) during the Entry Period.

The Entry must also comply with the following requirements: 

a.    The email subject line must be “Lineage II Low-Cost Cosplay Contest”
b.    The Entry must be attached to the email in .jpg format.
c.    In addition to attaching the Entry, the body of the email must contain if applicable: (i) the Entrant’s in-game account name; and (ii) the version of Lineage II associated with Entrant’s in-game account.

Entries which are unrecognizable, unclear, exceeding a reasonable file size (as determined by Sponsor), or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.

5.    Winner Selection. There will be 3 winner(s) (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”), selected as follows:

The Winners will be determined by a panel of judges (“Judges”) appointed by the Sponsor. The Judges will review eligible Entries based upon the following criteria, allocated as follows: (a) 40% creativity; (b) 30% difficulty; and (c) 30% quality of re-creation. The top ranked entries, as determined by the Judges, will be the potential Winners. Each Winner may not win more than once in total for the entire Promotion.

6.    Prizes; Prize Delivery. The following prizes are available to be awarded in the Promotion. Winners who are Lineage II players will win the in-game prize associated with the version of the game they play (Lineage II Live, Classic or Aden)

First Prize (1 in total):
•    3 Month Supply of Butterfinger (108 full size candy bars) (ARV: USD$144.25)
•    One of the following in-game items (ARV: USD$250.00):
           Lineage II Live - Dragon Weapon (Standard) 
           Lineage II Classic - Boss Weapon Pack 
           Lineage II Aden - Boss Weapon Pack

Second Prize (1 in total):
•    1 Month Supply of Butterfinger (36 full size candy bars) (ARV: USD$48.08)
•    One of the following in-game items (ARV: USD$100.00):
           Lineage II Live - Rare Accessory Pack 
           Lineage II Classic - Rare Accessory Lv. 1 Box
           Lineage II Aden - Rare Accessory Lv. 1 Box

Third Prize (1 in total):
•    1 Month Supply of Butterfinger (36 full size candy bars) (ARV: USD$48.08)
•    One of the following in-game items (ARV: USD$65.00):
           Lineage II Live - Tersi's Soul Crystal Lv. 3
           Lineage II Classic - Hardin's Soul Crystal Lv. 3
           Lineage II Aden - Hardin's Soul Crystal Lv. 3

The total cumulative ARV of all prizes combined is USD$655.41

7.    Winner Notification; Prize Delivery. Each potential Winner will be notified on or around 18 November 2022 via the email address used to enter. In-game prizes will be awarded to each Winner’s character/in-game account as identified by the Winner. Physical prizes will be shipped to the Winner’s physical mailing address provided by the Winner to Sponsor. The prize(s) will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of the applicable Winner’s verification and confirmation.
