Desventajas de ser un Healer

I've been playing l2 as a mage and healer for over a decade. I am going to give why I have abandoned the healer and the reasons
The healer is 119 with a decent team I would say:
Reasons for quitting:

1:Alone we can't rise up and do adena

2: for the pvp it is useless, because there are players who carry a team that is worth trillions and kill them with 1 or 2 shots.

3: for pvp the only thing that works is to use celestial which lasts seconds, by the way you have to be a real machine to throw it out, because as I said in this game you die from one shot.

4: due to the incompetence or ineptitude of the developers for not helping the healer on what I have commented before.
