Considering that you have a new l2 team and probably are still learning about "us", the game community, why not take a few players to represent our community and have a direct contact with them ? Those players would be volunteers and, after a "selection process "made by NC america, would directly tell you "our needs", "our problems", what we expect in general. This can also be temporary.
