Reduce price of vitality Beora potions to ~1,5 or ~1,6m ea

There are multiple people saying that the price of these potions are 1,5 or 1,6m ea instead of 4m in Japan.  If this is true, and considering that prestige pack is no longer with us which gives a + 300% adena drop increase, I would suggest reducing price of these potions to be similar to Japan.  @GM_EVA @GM_SKY @Hermes
