Unable To Make PIN?

So I know about the client closing bug after getting out of a queue. I was able to make a character just fine before the client closed down. Yet now, I cannot "confirm" the new PIN number, even if there is a plenty of time. I sit there trying to make this PIN for over 2min, but can never confirm it and eventually the client closes down.

Is this a different bug, or has the client already closed down and its just taking a minute or two before the error pops up?

Edit: Nevermind, I was having a derp moment. Figured out what I was doing wrong.
