Iae Posted October 14, 2018 Share Posted October 14, 2018 Last night I paid for coins to get VIP 3 on Aden (which i moved to because i couldn't log in to Giran due to the queue (RIP my 3 mid 20s characters there)). When I tried to log in today my account has been locked due to suspicious activity. I paid on credit card and my app says the transaction is pending. Is it normal that they lock your account until the transaction is cleared? I bought a 7 day 50% XP/SP rune, which is currently counting down with me unable to use it.
