Is tyrant worth playing?

Greetings.

I've read a lot about it in the past 2 days but its always something specific to the server or to the version .

From the players that already had the experience on this server: is tyrant worth playing in terms of pvp?does it manage to reach the target before it goes down?I\m aware ofcourse that at this early stages of the server this is not yet something that many experienced.

What about the PVE?
