Bring another person, or a buffer when you hunt the FoM quest. For some reason the spawn rate for the quest mob sux when solo'd, but if you have more than one person in your group they spawn much faster. When I had a 3 person group the Earth Harit Guardians would spawn 3 per kill, and was able to finish quest in couple buff rounds. Good Luck!
