    I don't think there are SLA's for the ticket. I can say that because I have tickets that were raised in September and I got no solution at all.

    This new support team is a joke. They reply with non-sense answers once a week and then quickly close the ticket.

    They are like Dungeon Master, barely appear and when they do, talk sh*t and then disapear.

  2. I think it's a new team.

    Previous team used to reply faster and provide real solutions.

    The new one... I cannot say the same.

    I was applying monthly code on accoutns and one of them got restricted.

    I raised more then 10 tickets, got no solution at all. One of the tickets has been open for more than two weeks and there is no response or solution at all.

    Here is the last response I got:

    Unfortunately, we do not have an exact time frame as to when this will be addressed,
    Please note that we're not ignoring your request but doing our best to fix this issue.

    After investigation, we will get in touch with you shortly.

    In other words: No1 knows when we will fix it, but one day maybe...

    100 sticks = 1x +15 for me. it blew up going to 16. i used 590 scrolls.

     

    i am hearing the chests give giant scrolls at about 1/100 rate.  last time we got 10 for 4800 ncoin...

    I tried 1k scrolls, made 1x Slasher +15, failed to +16 🤡

    Rates are really messed up and prizes are not even that attractive.

    PS: I can reach 126+ luc with normal boosts and luck pot.
