Well 7 years ago the same bug happened,
I remember transferring my character from shilen to Naia.

this is not the problem of the same names,
I just tested on an account with level 103 character with the nickname of chronos only, where in naia there is no such nickname, and the same problem continues.is some problem in the ncsoft itself and I'm waiting but they do not help or respond.
