Maintenance... servers down 7am-1015am EST

Its been just about a week with any meaningful update, if at all. All we hear is the same tired reply... "we're working on a fix and will update community as soon as possible". You mean to tell us, that after a week of "working around the clock", this the best NC Soft has to offer? Nice way to be transparent about the possible reasons and fixes to the MANY people who spent (including me) and continue to do so (myself not included). I'm sure I can speak for others, but not all, by saying Thank You for the WONDERFUL customer service.

daily unannounced reset 1st of 3-4 maybe?

What a not funny joke this has become... here come the random dc after server reset + lag

That is not being transparent about what the problem is, or what is being to address it. At this point, I don't believe you guys can properly compensate the player base... I mean, how can you compensate for time lost exp'ing? In my case, I can literally watch my HP drop from 9k, to under 1k in less than 4 mins.. or I can spam spots at 4k HP and watch it still drop to 2K before pots kick in. I can only speak for myself, but in just 2 days, I've burned through 30-35k HP pots ( in maybe 5-6 hours of actual gameplay). That's being conservative, and doesn't include total spent since issue presented itself. This hunting solo non-agro mobs. I'll give it a few more days maybe, but if it pushes into a week of this, I'm likely gonna call it quits on Aden and wish everyone the best.

@Hime... what are yall doing about Auto HP Pots lagged out on Aden? Surely you guys have received a TON of feedback on it...
