I went to put a Shilen 6 on my Dualsword, but it didn't show any existing SA, when I put the shilen, it didn't appear on the weapon and then I tried to put an exalted SA to see if it appeared, and it worked, but my shilen 6 disappeared, from weapon, from the inventory, is nowhere to be found. there was a big blacksmith system error. in which I went to ask in a ticket to have my item back, and the support team recognized the problem and told me to open a post on the forum to fix the problem. but they can't return my missing item, (BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN THEIR SYSTEM).

@JujiDude, I have the same problem as everyone else, I only managed to log my character in my notebook, my computer without success, any account is blocked, I already opened a ticket about it. but on another computer I managed, but unfortunately it is a regrettable mistake for us who have been here for 1 month, 1 year, 10 years and so on.
