@Juji 17 hours with out any announcement about all the issues you have . Lot of your customers cant log in with out any reason . Lot of your customers have paid for your services , server transfers , events etc and they didn't take the services they have pay you . The last you have to do is to be here to explain what is going on . Why we can't log in game and the accounts are restricted ? Why you can't complete the server transfers ? For the god shake one ANNOUNCEMENT is not only the game but ALL the money we have spent for your services !!!!!!!

We looking for an answer what is going on for our accounts. I am telling it one more time we are not here only to pay ncoins, we need an announcement and a solution to the problem. We follow your rules, we play on your events, we are crystal clear to you and you let us in the dark. It is not a proper customer service that you have. Best regards.

Why I have the feeling that we are burning? 1)transfer problems. 2) yesterday we have the server down. 3) for no reason lot of players can't log in they have ip ban. I understand you are on fire now but we need a announcement for the third one problem. What you will do about our prestige? One day went on rubbish? All the other boost items that running with out we can use? Most of us we are customers, we pay real money and the last we want is good customer service. Best Regards

I believe Red libra is a good option in order to re-role, some players have dw which are different with their class. Hope gms put the red libra!!!
