There are several people who have reported that the items you get with the DEATHKNIGHT2023 are not given by the Dimensional Merchant. Including me! Code is activated in the account, but is not found by the Merchant associated with the character. I have been contacting the L2 support, but they seem to be busy. Can you check it? Or ring some bells? Thanks!

I have a strange bug. Two days ago I used and activated the code DEATHKNIGHT2023 for the only character in my account, but there is no way I can claim the items through the Dimensional Merchant. What you suggest is that all items can be sold across all servers? I think it's better that "all" items can be sold in the store. Global trade is almost dead, because all the big players gone to Guardian. Guardian will also dip in a year or 2 and then they will probably merge things. That's how it always goes.
