yes, get rid of the lvl penalty. It would certainly improve the social aspect of the game between returning/newby players and those who are high level.

Yeah the timing of expiration date and release of the 14 vitality maintaining rune seems like an oversight. I would love for you to extend the expiration date for the event freya scrolls by 14 days...

excellent observation, yeah this needs to be remedied. Allowing the freya storm scrolls to last the duration of the vitality maint would be grat.

Yeah I hope they fix this crit cap issue. For sure creates problems near or at endgame from what fellow clan members with high accounts are telling me.

Hi, I have a question about the relationship between player account and damage done/receive from a mob.
Suppose I have a 110 account and attacking a 110 mob, if I were 111 instead and with the exact same gear as if I were 110, how much more damage would I do to the mob? What if I were 113, or 115.

Question about attack attribute

Someone posted a table of element resistance a mob has and the element attack attribute of a player. https://forums.lineage2.com/topic/21098-attack-attribute/
Suppose a mob has element resistance of 1580, and a player has 995 attribute attack, would going from 995 to 1075 make any difference in DPS? On that thread there was some conflicting information, some saying it makes a difference while others saying it wouldn't.
