any mage DW stage 1 is fairly worse than any limited +21 . It is not recommended to use DW stage 1 on any feoh even with correct attributes. If you want dw on mage , it has to be at least stage 2. Otherwise damage output is reduced. You want ST1 only in case you are about to upgrade it or have claws or something like that.
In any other cases , use +21 limited and invest money into red arts for attribute and red +10 skill arts.

Mr @HermesYes, correct. However, the value of your time is very high from your perspective only. The problem is that our time has someway be tradable for any efforts given by NCwest. Essentially - you spend your time playing and enjoying game, and not providing any value to company except expenses.
Thus in society there is a solution - called money where your time is valued and paid accordingly for your effort to contribute for our humanity development. Other words if you do not have any money - you are parasite
You must pay up not in your time playing , but with your time doing something valuable for NCwest well in this case again money.
Yes , world economics is far from perfect and if someone lives better than others is monetary system weakness( if anything good in it exist at all). If search for equality ; I would say economic system should be way way way more complex and event thou BTC is not perfect solution, but it would (most likely) equal current gaps. This is major reason why governments fighting cryptos )

Some skills or Items (Topaz) as example do Fixed damage meaning it does not care about your armor values (P.def)
For example, in your case 10% would reduce topaz damage by 10% .

I am being honest and also tried to OE from +15 to a +18 and I do not regret having tried.
Why? At least once in the game I was able to actually see how we should be playing decent with items which are being hold back from the NC team.
After tonight I came to the conclusion that if it requires someone on average 50-100 stable scrolls to make those items, considering the price tag, it blows my mind the amount of money one has to spend.
The calculations done is during ordinary day and no cloak event/promo. Usually odds are better when time comes to some boosts. I hope cloak events will come with some additional extra % success applied to server settings for people to try enchant those cloaks.

You cant ban person who tried to enchant cloak ? the guy want to enchant cloak , he got success. Where is problem here ? it is not player fault. NCsoft cannot place guilt on people for their own faults. Only what they can do is reroll those cloaks.

ah ic , so it was known and expected for whoever are spending time to read stuff in korea. noted. still there is no way to check legit attempts to enchant. Roll back is only way to deal about this. Ban is out of option. Ya cant prove guilt.

@Juji To me is big question how come that someone noticed cloaks enchanting at 100% rate ? How this happened in 1 day ? someone actually has to attempt high OE right after update came live.
-For me this looks like information leak and someone knew about this to happen . If we look at what probability this can happen , its almost not possible.

M8 , your statement is entirely from your and only your point of view. Of course whoever will spend more time and organize camping and farming dragons , raids etc will slowly progress. This option available for those people who do only l2 playing and/or l2 is a living source due to RMT. ( we all know how this model works you set your adena selling website and here you go i wont drop all those adena website links here)
-Other people who play game to enjoy do not have exact amount of time and can be active for few hours a day at topz. So for those people is disadvantage and impossible to obtain required material to progress and this is exact reason why L2store exists, however it does really bad job with drop rates atm and do not sustain current item demand for Working people who pay TAXES to the country

Now it may seem that items are more expensive now, when in fact they are not ( with the exception of a few items) the reason is simple, the ncoin/usd exchange rate. Back in february a top +5 Top Kaliels Bracelet was around 34-35 bil @ 3.5$/bil, now a bil is around 1.9-2$ and the kaliels bracelet is around 55bil. The amount of adena you earned however has not increased so the best path is to try and buy Ncoin, sell boxes and buy items.
Your best be is to buy whatever item is available on the event. For example ( back on february) CoC belts going price was 22+bil, on the event that came out, prices dropped to 14bil a piece and I was able to get mine for cheap.
The game is a marathon, not a sprint!)) Ok, what people do not understand is this so called -->l2store shop. Here is the thing , all the progress in l2 is like domino . The guy you is at place idk 1236 trying to compete with guy at 1135 in the worlds ranking. They both do the same > farm adena 24/7 exp 24/7 and doing things idk events and stuffz. Eventually you realise that no matter how hard you try the guy keeps running away while you keep trying to catch.
Next. You open l2store. And drop 50$ to catch up a little bit outside of farmable "possibilities" So that is from point of view of the guy who is at place 1236. Next the other point of view is the guy 1135 becauuuuuse he is competing with the guy who is somewhere at idk world ranking 1050. They both do the same )) they trying to farm up more adena and all this thing they do right.
So story repeats , and the fact higher the rankings the more you open l2store and more you need to spend there. In general conclusion is as follow. Anything what is in top are big spenders or RMT sellers ( also big spenders )
The ones who on top will always keep try to deny your adena farm all the areas where is adena will be denied and highly competed.
Basically it narrows down to the fact that its a wallet wars who is richer guy and can afford more to spend. Thats it. The only winner in here "$ wise" is NCsoft. But hey big power , or big fun cost a lot ( either way it cost yo soul )
