And I thought I read somewhere that the Black Coupon event might happen again this year. My memory is fuzzy with old age. In any event, I hope that they do something like that for this year's anniversary. The divide between the haves and have-nots is really stark. Wouldn't hurt to throw the have-nots a bone or two.
replica ruler's authrity belt was given out in the frame of another event,
there was a set of items, expiratory items, but the belt in particular they forgot to add such timer - likely this was someones mistake

Yes i recall that coupon, but, it has been given only once, and, it was not promised again, i was wondering how the author knows that it will happen again

just run across farm locations with a heal (or be a healer/tank/iss), and spam pickup
Especially near archers and DKs
Youll get tomes, memory fragments (some cash + collections), and, in future - runestones etc

Factcheck:
Opened oly rating now: out of 10 players in the chart, 4 are archers (morphling, cronos; neoHaT, chronos; KingScoobz, chronos; doomcaster, chronos).
Dethrone ratings: lllaaalll, exeq7er, argeon - out of first top 10 players of naia (whose class i can proof), at least 3 are archers.
This allows me to assume that they are not "nerfed", nor bad, neither in pvp, nor pve. Simple.

No, sorry, I couldn't find any info neither for tyrrs nor for tanks; i just don't remember, it was either some video or internet article, and i didn't bother to have any "prooflinks".
If you know korean/russian, and you found wrong/conflicting info, you may elaborate/add/comment on anything, since , who knows, some of the news were translated from one language to another 5 times, and, lost their accuracy/meaning, or i was "hearing things".

If nothing apart from full blessed exalted gear i'd suggest to get greater ruby (30 days) to see, whether will it be worth to collect money to buy a permanent one.
IDK about the prices in your server right now, but youll likely have to collect (pay) additional money to get adena to buy a greater red cat (+crt damage): they are together with greater ruby criminally effective for any physical dd.
Also check for the Rulers Ring of Authority, for a necklace (like Blessed Valakas') with the skill cooldown bonus to reduce the cooldown for the steelmind.
Honorable mentions: Talisman - Abundance lv1; Dragon Rind Leather Shirt (gives good bonus + you can augment it for some gigabuff with the stones gotten from the Primeval Isle (Jamoa's Camp) chests), Talisman - Seven Signs.
PS: Did you know you could have taken the Atlas' Earring from being a mentee, and, then, enchant it (guaranteed) to +12 by mentoring 12 (and then again +12 to get it blessed) mentees? After some +4 or +5 enchantment it gives a bonus better than that of an exalted earring, and, the blessed Atlas' earring can often be seen worn on l2 siege youtube videos, meaning that it is a very good investment, and only some Antharas/Linvior and god earrings are better.
