oh am aware you were and oly like dragon raids in the past were quite hard on some hardcore individuals, i recall ppl having to kite dragons for 4~8hrs in the past, but that was mainly a small groups personal choice to do so unlike what we have now with DeThrone content in how it has been pushed out upon the whole player base..
let's also not forget NC korea on purpose nerfed all xp outside of DeThrone to make that push even harder, before update Fafurion 124 party zone xp was alot more then todays Exection Grounds 126 party zone xp so yeah it's obvious what's going on here but equally obvious that that doesn't work on game servers where the player base is so scattered around many different real timezones
all I ask here is acknowledgement of that fact from NCWest staff and that they will inform Korea, @Hermes even your own Support team told us many times we need to do this here to be heard and that your office would pass the information on to the Export Regions development team so how hard is it to confirm this is done and the request is being reviewed by them ??

oly wasn't mandatory the way DT is now, oly or even being an hero in the past or currently doesn't remotely comes close to the gap of missing out on even 1hr of DT xp
for the majority of the player base 1hr DT xp equals 20hrs non DT xp, that is a fact that can't be argued and is my biggest point of grief with NC Soft here as said DT timings are messed up for most players. To be honest it's also messed up for most USA players as it runs at same times with other activities like Cursed Swords / Oly / Baium pvp / Sieges etc. and I've had ppl from Central USA saying they can't attend cause of their working hours..
@Hermes these concerns have now been voiced several times by many since the new update went live and so far no acknowledgement that you have informed the Korean Export team about this has been shared. NCWest is different from all their other export regions even when looking purely at USA due to the differences in Timezones covered.
The issue can easily be solved if they would change the logic behind the DT timing to reflect that of Dim ToI which would be huge for all players on NCWest regardless of geographic location of residence and would mean a fast improvement of Quality of Life. The fact this game update resulted in an factual degradation of said Quality of Life for most players with all the potential possible side effects which have been clearly communicated & documented back to NC Staff really means actions should be taken and shared back to the community - so I ask you again if you can share in how much NCWest has informed NC Korea of the current issues that we have here ?

@Primali @Hermes when will you acknowledge the problems the new content is causing for non usa players ?
if u want to progress in this game u now really need to participate in DeThrone/Conquest and the start/end time logic of DT isnt set in a healthy manner for Non USA players even though our servers are so called GMT+1/3, being forced to play mid weeks till 02:00 GMT+1 and weekends 03:00 GMT+1 can mess ppls health in a bad way eventually.guess NCWest thinks they cant get sued from Europe over their liability exposure hereNC shouldnt have made it near mandatory to do DT if u want to progress, there should have been meaningful alternatives outside DT or as I have been hammering DT should be flex 30hrs of your own choosing per week.-

@Hermes the GM answer just confirms the very bad game design and requires an urgent fix from Korea or accept the fact players will submit restoration request every time it happens, the cop out answer I got below does NOT fly here.
After reviewing your request, we have verified that the items in question are not eligible for restoration since it is intended that the summoned Divine Fire will disappear after you leave the Dethrone Area. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide assistance in this case.
To be very clear I crashed because of bad game design upon leaving the fire area where you have to place those fires, I didn't leave on purpose.
This is why I logged it as a BUG as those fires SHOULD NOT disappear in such cases just like when you do a daily instance and you crash or disconnect you can still re enter if you log back in within 10 minutes, there's no difference between these cases!!!!
I want those items back as they were lost without any fault of mine and I want Korea to address this issue as a matter of urgency as it totally removes the purpose of bothering with their so called new DeThrone Fire content!!!
It's bad enough the DeThrone content is set to run on a server with GMT+1/+3 settings from 22:00 till 03:00 in real GMT+1 locations and totally disregards the fact NCWest has more foreign (Europe & South Americas) paying players then actual NA players. DeThrone should be made asap a 30hr a week Dimensional Timezone like Dim ToI so it will no longer interfere with Oly / Cursed Swords / Maintenance windows and players can enjoy it during their prime time regardless of location in the real world - this is a sorely needed Quality of Life improvement for the game.

oh and @Hermes in case you feel I'm being a tad harsh that's maybe because I don't like to have to deal with faulty game design/mechanics at midnight which you know as one of the mid week days DeThrone starts at midnight on GMT+1, tbh I don't like to deal with bugs any time but this late on the day it's just not ok..
change the logic behind DeThrone so folks can play it during their actual prime time regardless of from where in the world they connect from, or move the servers to where the majority of your paying players come from aka Europe as that will work too.

@Hermes tell Korea to fix the game, it is bloody annoying to crash right after we summon 3x Fires and thus loose them
that stuff cost alot of resources & DeThrone points as well time spend to summon & nurture
make it so that if a player crash / dissconnect / return to server those fires stay up for the time summoned and not dissapear!!!!
who did the quality control on that piece of game design really ??? you want to make players angry then call it mission success!!
Tell your support guys I will be submitting a service ticket for refund of the lost items that were wasted here and I do not accept anything but ayes Sir, right away Sir and apologies for the caused inconvenience & hassle Sir answer.

@Hermes once again you proofed my point that it's sorely needed to make the whole DeThrone experience a weekly 30hr Dim Timezone activity so it will not be an issue when maintenance or oly or cursed swords or your golf course takes place!!
Just get it accross to Korea that it's sorely needed for NCWest Region due to the multitude of real timezones differences in play here - also just in case that's even remotely an argument but like with Dim Tower of Insolence there's almost no pvp even when forced both Naia & Chronos on DeThrone at same time so yeah not a valid excuse against the gains to be had for implementing this Quality of Life improvement.

there's a much easier, more elegant solution to this problem and that's by making DeThrone a dimensional timedzone of 30hrs per week like Dim ToI.. @Hermes how many more examples do you guys really need to get the message across to Korea Export team this is a sorely needed priority QoL change request
it will solve the below issues:
- oly conflict
- cursed swords conflict
- no crazy 3am end times for european players which is ~70% of your paying player base
- no dramas over server maintenances
- no dramas over lack of space on new Fire zones as people can time their DT activities around peak hours
am sure I forget more examples but these alone are huge!!

i was being sarcastic yup but tbh all Fire zone stuff is just plain to small.. should be at least 1.5x larger
huge overcrowded issues at 116 / 120 / 124 fire zones too so the fire central is not the only place which needs a change

also don't think we havent noticed all new/old xp areas are less xp compared to previous update.. old fafurion 124 xp >>>> execution grounds 126
so if NC Soft is pushing hardcore to make players go DeThrone fix it so all players can attend and not get screwed over on Oly / Cursed Swords / Sleep !!!
Quality of Life fixes, know what that means ? Not forcing your player base to stay up till 3am..

@Hermes this, please explain how come NCWest pushes players that have GMT+1 to stay up till 3am in Summer time for DeThrone ?
either change server timezone and give all Euro players free server transfer to the real Europe servers aka Core Innova or change the time window on DeThrone which is totally not acceptable or ok for GMT+1 timezone players
Honestly the best & easiest solution would be to change DeThrone same way as the other Dimensional Server content, Tower of Insolence WORLD aka into an 30hrs (1800 Minutes) DeThrone WORLD weekly Timed Hunting Zone

sadly enough asking for changes on the ncwest l2store business model has a lower chance of success then non usa players like myself asking for a proper fix on the horrible DeThrone start/end times aka making it weekly 30hrs flex timezone

thats not how the new char creation and become exalted quest line works, any new char can get a set
you guys are mixing up the free gift exalted packs we got once as an free event and the 2x each type as l2store ncoin item pack which are limited purchase to 2x each type

collection works on all chars on same account so just make some mentees on it, get those exalted and put in collection so ur main char benefits
also the cheapest way of getting this done btw

@Hermes another feedback request for Korea Dv team, plz tell them to add a mini raid boss mob in Execution Grounds like we have in DV & Fafution as right now the xp in the 126 zone is actually less then yesterdays Faffy 124 zone.. no joke or if it is a joke a very sad bad one
it's not ok when the new stuff means harder mobs and less xp for more effort..

@Hermes where is the bug tracker for this update ? I want to report that the Tyr Grand Khavatri skill changes are not listed on the ingame skill description: Furious Fist skill does not show anywhere the change of Added P. Skill Power 10%
please advise if this is just a typo / incorrect skill description or that something went wrong and Tyr GK is now actually missing this update content ?

solution is simple as the sales loot box rewards mare that poor just do NOT buy it, when sales drop NC Korea gets the message.
there's no other way, stop fooling yourself to think Korea reads this forum or even cares about us beyond the money involved.
