[Got banned on my Storage toon and NC don't answer after 3 days!]

Its frustrating for a legit player to get such customer service.

I am posting here maybe you guys could look into my ticket and solve the issue.

I fully agree with that statement made right, everyone is suffering from this same problem many people.  Many people are facing these problems right by losing their accounts in less than a second, accounts that have been invested a lot of time buying ncoins to upgrade their accounts are losing in less than a second just because of flawed policies.  please gm corrects this error.  friends if you don't fix this soon, it could be you tomorrow losing your account and staying for that very reason.  I am in contact with my attorney to resolve this issue.

Hello there,

Upon checking, I found that there is a character named "SraKrishna" on Naia server which is one of the possible reasons why your character cannot queue up for our Server Transfer service. I hope this information helps.

But the name should not be a problem since there is a placeholder with another name in Naia. The character SraKrishna in Naia is not mine. I dont get why  i am not elegible to transfer just because another person has tha same name if my name in Naia is going to be different. I am getting this penalty because of others?

Unfortunately your character is ineligible due to the reason previously stated. We advise you to change your name first before proceeding with the Server Transfer. Also try to remove your friends list and see how it goes. We can only hope for your understanding and we will await your response.

Really, why would i have to change my name if the placeholder in Naia has a diferent name?

So, i would have to waste 4k Ncoin and pay another 50$? And nothing about same name in both servers is mentioned in the Server Transfer page

I agree however, the transfer system has its bugs because it is not possible to make the transfer application even, being within all the rules, please responsible we will fix the errors.  how to open server transfer with malfunctioning system?

enhancement items illegible, cloaks and agathions for being very difficult items to enchant and it is an item that needs to spend a lot to make my improvement suggestion that it is readable for restoration, and the ip adress have only 4 tokens, and removes time for  restoration changes to the year that received new tokens, 1 year deadline to be restored, and the item that has already been restored once will never be restored again.  why it is absurd for the item to be readable again for restoration.  I hope that the request will be granted because before having restoration rules, there were many abuses and they got cloaks + 18 + 20 and using tokens.  and many items in conversation have had many old players who have abused restoration.

I wanted to order improvements for token restoration, it is not necessary for the person to have 3 tokens to use it, but only two that can be used for any event whether it is enchanting the weapon back to its previous charm, any accessory, but only  two rings a year which I think is very unfair to have three rings and to be able to use only one a month.  then it makes the game much easier.  all satisfied customers.  I also ask for a date adjustment for restoration because 7 days is very little time.  certain limits would be enchantment for a year, after the date of the event the person has a year to restore the charm.
