main problem is none of staff knows the game at least a little bit, juji did know the game. if they dont know game, there is no chance game will be improved by staff.

no prestige = no as much adena drop from toi etc = prices will go down. they can sell high for years, nobody will buy. one more adena draining event and prices will be more stable.

problem is obviously adena will loose value
if I can change adena for currency where I can trade 1t+ items, then it will be good. but if einhasad on one server will have adena prices different, naia will be graveyard soon.
