When running lineage there, widows subsystem for Linux is not able to be launched as it is for closed by the NCSoft software.
It is an issue when trying to use the PC normally while the game is running.

Why do we put up with broken crap?
Nc fix your launch so that people can have a better gaming experience.
To replicate the issue.
Sign into the game and try to launch the client.
Or sign into the game launch the client, then close the client and attempt to relaunch.
The launcher has not been smooth for many months.

Howdy NCWEST,
Recently there have been changes to the game that have been unannounced and not mentioned. Additionally when the last skill changes were announced, there was very little lead time for the users.
Without prior knowledge we are not able to plan for continuing to play your game, and it is very disruptive to the L2 system.
I would like to request information be passed to the users either when the developers start implementation, or at least when the changes inter the testing phase (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, and assume you do testing. You just suck at it).
One example of a change with no mention before or after implementation is the way that if a Garnet buff is on a user, they can not use brilliant purge.
There are many more examples, but because the changes are never mentioned, the users must all individually test every aspect of the game after even minor updates, because we do not know what has changed.

Additionally when Dignity of the Exalted 7 is learned, the dual class does not recieve this skill, andstill registers the passive skill Dignity of the exalted 6
Also, the passive exalted atribute skill (+100 ele attack and +100 element defense) is not shown on dual class.

NEW Skill levels have no affect.
Chain Blaze level 2 and chain blaze level 3 are the same skill power as chain blaze level 1.

NCWest customer service is terrible. Everyone here knows this, especially the GMs.
When paying customers all for legitimate services and information regarding their accounts and are denied there is a serious issue.
We understand that GMs are not developers and that you have no idea what goes on under the hood of your game or in game as you never log in.
This does not excuse customer support from answer claims or responding to requests.
One example is the recent illegitimate bans on accounts that have had no illegal activity, and NCWest prohibiting those individuals from communicating with GMs.
Another example is simple restoration requests that are legitimate, but GMs maybe do not know how to perform on certain items, and are denied and closed without and effort from the NCWest staff.
We are giving you tens of thousands of dollars for a service, but you are not holding up your end of the agreement.

How hard is it to double check what time it is in another time zone????
This is at least the 2nd time that "GM" @HimeHas posted incorrect information regarding the time of server events.
