Good luck with that... you will need 900 000 ice to pass level 5.. and lol tho ruby is the life at the moment there is no other classes apart from DK's and other physical damage dealer @feoh Life matters!

Freya event is a crap 1% chance to make level 3 , valentines event is a disgrace, keep going hermes if you would pop to forum to see how everyone appreciates reduced rates and 9times reduced rewards from original event...

Its due to bad promotions people stopped buying loot boxes and item generation in game slowed down which is the reason why prices went up , more people buy boxes more will get crappy reward which they dont need "Greater Runes" in our example, and they will sell these for fraction of the price as there would be loads of these,
In game item generation does not exists so its down to pay boxes to help people get items.
No boxes opened = no items in game,
Pretty simple.

Also half of the things you have mentioned from KR and Japan wont be implemented to West , our awesome GM's will block half to promote box sales with 0.006% chance of getting something apart from roses

Well I think this game will die with "wissp and Hermes" in charge,
Bad decisions dropping reward rates , removing gameplay, deleting paid rewards...
RMT websites flooded with items for sale that make me think that people mass quit game for a reason.
We will see in couple of months what else they will drop on us , hopefully TL will be out in that time fingers crossed i hope i will not be published by NCwest..

I would say because of NCwest staff is not interested and probably not qualified to do the job , forum GM's have more knowledge about the game than GMM or Lead dev that's sad..
