The game is broked. We invest money in this game to have fun, no queue. 
 

Mentee system, multibox for oly (sell books) and chars used for cam and get greedy chest are the problem.

4 dcs in 24h plus this insane queue (450+) is unacceptable.

In the required itens is listed 'Energy of Longing Longing'.
I have an Energy of Longing and the game don't accept my item.
I believe this is a bug.

HEY NCSoft, common! Give us back the weapon modify! I want to buy Samurai App for my Armor, why not to do the same with my weapon??? @Juji @Hime

I share the same feels. Don't make any sense to remove this feature. I want to buy a Samurai app from L2store and don't make any sense if I can't use app on my weapon to combine with my armor.
