In general, it would be nice that they figure out something to bring new players.. I am not saying that they should easily get the players playing for years, but right now after playing a month there is a simple conclusion, game is unplayable without spending a lot of $$. With the 3 gear U cant kill anything after lvl 105. If U get a party of noobies, U will get pked/force flagged in areas where U can get a normal exp. Raid bosses impossible. Instance impossible. As there are no materials/spoils U cant get things "the big ones" dont want to waste time for to get adena.
