You can find them in the western zone of Kamael village (dropped).

In addition to the previous reply, the soulshots are not craftable (neither tradable by the way). You can either exchange the soulshot tickets you get in the dimensional shop for SS/BSS or buy them at the different grocery stores you can find in the towns.

Ratman hunters only gave me anibal bone fragment (like 60% of the time) that is not supposed to so I guessed that the spoiled items have been changed. If anyone has been able to get it somewhere feel free to share !
