The error with the instance is basically it is designed for warriors, as the golem has physical skill attacks, so all supports and mages must have good gear or else got screwed and not even a slap on the face of Lurin will be dealt

Virtual Weapon reads it can be added 3 normal SA and 1 special SA... but the weapon does not appear on blacksmith list and if unequipped then it dissolves and you get the points back, but no SA can be added

No, because if you are in a class that has learned a skill using a Greater Runestone it goes as follows...

You are in class "A" which has learned a skill using a Greater Runestone, and the moment you are going to change to class "B" you will see a similar dialogue like this...

If you changed class using the shown option then you will get a restored non-transferable Greater Runestone after the change is complete, but if you changed using the second option, then no runes will be restored.

In your case it seems you changed using the second one, so no, if you change back to Evi you won't receive any rune not even will recover the learned skill as you lost both on the first change from Evi to DK

MOST COMMON ISSUE HERE IS THAT IN ORDER FOR THE "RECOVER RUNESTONES" OPTION TO APPEAR, YOU MUST HAVE ENOUGH EINHASAD COINS ALREADY IN INVENTORY, IF YOU DON'T THEN THE CHANGING CLASS WINDOWS WILL BE SIMILAR TO THIS OTHER ONE

As you can see (or not see) there is no recover rune option because not enough Einhasad coins in inventory, although a warning message is still there it usually leads to some ppl to just lose the rune thinking they can recover it later.

If your intention is to be taken seriously, specially by NCSoft team, you must be more specific.

Tell why you need the skill to be enchantable, is just a suggestion? is it an error that need to be fixed? Was the skill enchantable before the update?

What kind of enchanting route you want to be available on the skill, is that route available in other skill or is a completely new one

When you log your account through the L2 website and the "authorize this IP" message appears, iwhen you click on autgorize then a temporary code will be sent to your registered email.

L2 page will ask for such code to complete the authorization.

Every time you change your IP you have do the authorization process again
