yeah try that when the top 30 people can teleport on you for free and one shot you over and over and over again - you can't bsoe, you can't soe, you can't TP anywhere and you just have to die over and over and over again

@SunshineCan you tell us about what PK penalties we should expect on launch? About a month ago RU/EU implemented a "regional" PK fix that has not been implemented in Korea. At the maximum PK debuff level you get -30% pdef/mdef and most importantly you cannot teleport AT ALL unless you get your Karma under 33,000 or something like that. Will this be featured here?
