[Sealed Doll Disaster - need opinion]

So I have been participating in Aden Tour game since day one and saving all sealed dolls. Along the way I was buying dolls in Giran and ended up with:

40x Frintezza,

16x Baium
15x AQ Dolls 30day.

Yesterday I ended up combing all of  the dolls and got ZERO lv.1

Is there something wrong with mechanics of the game that out of 70+ sealed 30DAY dolls I got nothing worth a while?

Most of the people I know on the server got positive results with 3-10 tries.

Please submit your thoughts. Is this a mechanics issue or a fair "low chance"?
