As a result this will bring back a lot players. Also, for the new players i suggest to have some good boost until 99 lvl. U can change the npc buff support until 99 lvl. As a result this will help new players to have 1 hour buff and lvl up mkre fast at 99. All we khow that the real action is after 99... Also better drop rates at least in raids and in spoil.
