Receiving Prestige Items Fails

Hello,

I have prestige pack in two accounts. I just tried to receive the items through Dimensional Merchant, but it fails:

Due to a System error, the product inventory cannot be used. Please try again later.

So the item is not delivered and vanished permanetly from the Dimensional Merchant list. Now i cant claim it anymore!!! I lost two paid prestige packs now because to this bug and i cant open a Ticket cause of other bug reported at:
