Is that enough that a low end skill crit build would out perform evi/maestro on regular attacks? I'm guessing either othell or maestro would be most effective for PvE at that sort of budget? Is it enough for a titan to be viable at 110+? Are Feoh's viable at all? Not really interested in ertheia or DK, otherwise open to trying just about anything, if I'm missing another class that's strong right now.
