Returning player class advice

Returning after a year or two, what classes can farm effectively with 3-500b?  Is that enough that a low end skill crit build would out perform evi/maestro on regular attacks?  

I'm guessing either othell or maestro would be most effective for PvE at that sort of budget?  Is it enough for a titan to be viable at 110+?  Are Feoh's viable at all?

Not really interested in ertheia or DK, otherwise open to trying just about anything, if I'm missing another class that's strong right now.  Just trying to understand the limits of different classes given my budget.
