It used to be, if i remember correctly, that pp could use a selfbuff to make his melee/skill attacks ranged, while the matk was used instead of patk. But now, since this buff is missing, what is the point of boosting pp's matk, and, the most important, why it was important to give the "superior advantage lv5" skill, with the matk being affected?
