I don't think so. And your support team do not care to recognize the bug and won't help restore the loss items caused by your lack of attention when translating texts from korea. You just copy/paste into google translate and write it off to the game UI. And on top of that, you don't care about your customers/players. There is absolutely no reason why we don't have item restoration where every other L2 service has it. Its just a money grab, you loose your item you will need to purchase it again.
