I made a ticket and they asked me 1) to log off, 2) then they asked me to go to a safe town (my character was already in Aden. After long wait they sent me an email and said that they will refund in my account the 10.000 adena I spent to enter LoA while the entrance fee is 1000000 adena. Confusion of the highest order.
