I want to ask you all some things.

1º _ About dual class. How much it can be lv up?

2º_ About Dual skill can learn skills like main class? Or have a limit?

3ª_ About Sayha seer good build:

3.1 - AP build;

3.2 -  Dual Skills (Certificate) Best build

3.3 - Dyes

3.4 - Brooch jewels

3.5 - Agathions

No lvl cap for main or dual, just the sky and beyond

As Dual you got scrolls you have to use as main to learn dual skills. Dual skills are used by main AND dual

Leviatan armor and Krishna retributer weapon

3.1 - AP build;

What do you mean with AP?

3.2 -  Dual Skills (Certificate) Best build

Go for the skills that give you m attack and m critical

3.3 - Dyes

Legendary m attack dye

Legendary m critical dmg dye

Legendary m critical rate dye

3.4 - Brooch jewels

Sapphire, aquamarine, blue cat eye, emerald, another one of your choice (all greater version)

3.5 - Agathions

Libra, aquarius, anakim

AP take the same wizard (feoh) would take, then go from there.

Gear:

NoMoney - exalted +10/12

SomeMoney - Krishna +10+ vanilla or pve/ltd.

GotTheMoney - Limited leviathan +12++ and dragon weapon st2 or higher

Dyes: 3x +5INT+5CHA or better

Only way duals are limited today is that they won't qualify for oly, otherwise, no difference between main and dual. Sayha is good enough to be main (if you got the money, but again, same would go for any other class actually).
