HAHAHA Posted June 30, 2023 Share Posted June 30, 2023 Hi @Wisp, NCSoft Staffs, All promotion should give for all account/char all life time to help newcomer can catch old-members! When you open new server, a dozen promotions for members. So noone want to join the server because they will not receive them anymore, they cannot catch up old members....
