Indeed it's quite difficult to do the level +85 stuff due to the amount of damage the mobs give out and how much HP they have. So basically you have to p2w items along with some bot software it seems (for adding/removing buffers and healing properly etc). Since I refuse to do anything contrary to the ToS I'm stuck using auto hunt and repeating macros to try to keep up. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do something like TOI even as a titan...
