Equadym Posted January 11 Share Posted January 11 That is because your IP Address is already marked on the system as "you already used this IP to create accounts" Best you can do is to use your cellphone to create the account, BUT before loading the L2 page turn off the wifi on the cellphone in order to use your cell plan data, as every time you connect using your plan data you are assigned a new IP address Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
